Caesar Creek State Park Winter Hike
Continuous start times. Start at Wellman Meadows Boat Ramp Area This is a self-guided scenic hike to Horseshoe Falls, the Swinging Bridge and Flat Fork Gorge. Warm up at the Nature Center with fire baked pizza, bean soup, cornbread, and snacks! All donations go the Nature Center Association to support the nature center. Caesar Creek State Park First Day Hike
Start the New Year off on the right foot with our Fitness Hike series. See separate flyer for the full schedule of guided hikes on our Facebook page ‘Caesar Creek State Park’*. We start off slow and work our way up to the 13 mile Perimeter Hike in October. However you can choose to hike a shorter distance on any hike. On New Year’s Day, meet the Park Naturalist for a 1 mile guided hike near the Nature Center. If you choose, you can stay for an additional 3 mile hike to Pioneer Village, the Swinging Bridge, Horseshoe Falls and a Rock Gorge.
